To place an item into your shopping basket, simply press the
"order" button for the item you wish to order. You can then
choose to complete your order information and place the
order via our secure encrypted order system, or you may
continue shopping and add other items to your shopping
basket before completing your order.
To view the contents of your shopping basket, or to complete
your order, press the "show order" button on the left-hand
navigation bar.
When viewing your order screen, you may change the quantity
of an item ordered or delete an item from your order. If
you wish to add additional items to your order, return to
the appropriate product section and select the "order"
button for the item you wish. It will be added to the
contents of your shopping basket.
When you are ready to place your order, press on the "Place
Secure Order" button and complete the remainder of the order
form.

When you fill in the order information, you may choose your
preferred method of shipment. The shipping charges are
automatically calculated and shown on your order.

Since shipping rates vary widely to various international
destinations, we will notify you by Email of the shipper
and the shipping charge after we receive your order. We will
enter the order only after you inform us that you agree to
the shipper and shipping charges. This is to protect your
interests so that there are no surprises with respect to the
shipping charges. You may also be required by the country
into which you import product to pay a duty on the shipment.

Sales tax will be added for shipments within California.

All product warranties are for the term provided by the
manufacturer or nine months, whichever is greater. Products with defects during the first 30
days after shipment may be returned for replacement. During
the remainder of the warranty term, the choice
of repair or replacement is at the sole option of IO Products.
If an item is replaced, the original warranty date remains
in effect; it is not extended by virtue of the replacement.
An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning
defective products by calling (800) 550-9876. Please have
the order number, item number and a description of the
defect available when you call. Items returned under
warranty should be freight prepaid by the buyer. We will
pay the freight charges on the return shipment to you.
